Please read this disclaimer carefully. It explains the scope and nature of the coaching and hypnotherapy services offered by The Growth Partners.
1. For personal and professional development
Coaching and hypnotherapy services offered by The Growth Partners are intended for personal and professional development. They are not substitutes for medical, psychiatric, psychological or emergency treatment.
2. Not medical or clinical care
Our coaches are not acting as physicians, psychiatrists, clinical psychologists or licensed mental-health professionals in providing these services. Nothing shared during a session should be interpreted as a diagnosis or as medical, psychological or psychiatric advice.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health condition, please consult a suitably qualified healthcare professional.
3. In an emergency
Our services are not a crisis or emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger or experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact your local emergency services or a relevant crisis line immediately.
4. No guaranteed results
Results from coaching and hypnotherapy vary from person to person and depend on many factors, including your own engagement. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, improvement or result.
5. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own choices, decisions and actions. Coaching is a collaborative process; you remain in control of the decisions you make during and after our work together.
6. Confidentiality and its reasonable limits
We treat your sessions and information with confidentiality. However, there are reasonable limits. We may need to disclose information where:
- There is a serious risk of harm to you or to another person.
- Disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
- You provide explicit consent to share information.
7. Scope of services
Our services focus on mindset, confidence, resilience, communication, leadership, behavioural change and related areas of personal and professional growth, delivered through NLP, coaching, hypnotherapy and faith-aligned development. Requests outside this scope may be respectfully declined.
8. Governing jurisdiction
