This Privacy Policy explains how The Growth Partners ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects the information you provide through our website and coaching services.
1. Information we collect
When you submit our breakthrough session or contact forms, we collect the information you provide, which may include:
- Your full name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number (including country code).
- Gender, age group and country of residence.
- Your profession, position or field of study.
- Your coaching requirement, preferred programme, time zone and preferred timing.
- A description of your current challenge and desired outcome.
- For clients under 18: guardian name, guardian email, guardian phone, relationship to the client and guardian consent.
- Consent confirmations.
We also automatically capture limited technical and attribution data, such as UTM campaign parameters, the referring page and a non-reversible fingerprint used only for spam prevention.
2. How your information is processed and stored
When you submit a form, your information is transmitted securely to our systems and stored in a private Google Sheet owned by The Growth Partners. We also send:
- A notification email to our business inbox so we can respond to your enquiry.
- A confirmation email to the address you provide.
These processes rely on Google Workspace services (Google Sheets and Gmail). Your data is handled in accordance with Google’s applicable terms in addition to this policy.
3. How we use your information
- To contact you about your enquiry and arrange your session.
- To match you with an appropriate coaching partner.
- To deliver and improve our coaching services.
- To maintain records of consent, including guardian consent for minors.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Guardian consent for minors
Where a client is under 18, we require the details and explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian before any session takes place. Guardian information is collected and stored for the purpose of verifying consent and maintaining appropriate records.
5. Data retention
We retain enquiry and client information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet legitimate business and record-keeping needs. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see below).
6. Your rights and data-deletion requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing contact@thegrowthpartners.site. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Confidentiality
We treat the information you share with care and confidentiality. Please note the reasonable limits described in our Coaching Disclaimer, including situations where disclosure may be required to protect safety or to comply with the law.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Access credentials for our systems are stored securely and are never exposed in our public website code. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
